f) Candidates, Collaborators, and Former Collaborators:

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following main and/or primary purposes during the Recruitment and Selection process of candidates and hired collaborators, as well as for former collaborators when ending a legal relationship:

  1. Fulfill obligations arising from a legal relationship with you and enforce and/or execute a contract.

  3. Conduct the evaluation process for recruitment, selection, and hiring to assess that you have the necessary skills for a vacant position within the company.

ARCO Rights

You have the right at all times to know what personal data we have about you, for what purposes we use them, and the conditions of use we give them (Access).
